    Hi,
I have a Bosch Excell SGI5342GB/01 that keeps trippin the house RCD
with 17 mins remaining on the timer, On 1 of these occasions it has Tripped with 80 mins on the timer aswell. I’m thinking the Element as surely not too much else is in circuit at that point. Any thoughts?
    Thanks Guys.
    Ollie.

Earth leakage, look at dribbles from ‘O’ rings of heater unit down to water point system motor 😉

Hi guys still same probs with this m/c – trips the elecs with 82 and 17 mins on display. ruled out heater and pcb.
Has anyone got any more thoughts? could it be the dispener? (ie – when it opens / rinse aid)?
    Thanks in advance.

No water leaks in the base I assume.
Have you carried out an earth leak test? what are the readings before and during a heat cycle?
Is the mains cable burning out at dishwasher end of cable?
Cannot see the dispenser being the problem.

Doubt its the dispenser. What is the resistance reading of the actuator? They go low in resistance when the play up and the actuator can look distorted.

Sounds like the heater to me or as Gegsy said the ‘o’ rings. Your stabbing in the dark without a megger
