Bosch Exxcel 1100 tray clogging

I have a Bosch 1100 Exxcel washing machine that is 10 years old and has never missed a beat.

However recently the powder/liquid tray, in particular the conditioner middle part is back filling with water after about 10 washes.

I regulary clean the tray, filters and the jets behind the tray but it seems fill with water again after use.

I have heard on a forum the liquid conditioner (we use comfort liquid) is fat based and that Bold is better being clay based???

Could this be the issue??

That is impossible in fact. What it means is that the syphon tube is blocked….clean the whole tray and removable syphon tube more thoroughly.
