    Hi,

    I have a Bosch Exxcel 1400 WF02865UK and sometimes it seems to stick in the middle of the washing cycle. The digital timer keeps counting down, but the programme doesn’t move on.

    I’ve taken the pump cover off and emptied any debris from there, but the problem still persists.

    Please can someone help?

    Does it heat? Can you see condensation on the door glass?
