It must be bad/no water pressure!

More tea vicar?
A nice simple test to see if you’ve got water. It could be a valve failure, but I suppect the machine is too young. We’d know if you could give us a ‘enr number’ from inside the door?
Help us, to help you!

For yours, put something in the main wash compartment (on the left) on put it on wash, not rinse + spin.

Yes thanks, it indicates to me that as your machine does not have a flow sensor, your problem is water pressure (pretty sure)!
Now I would suggest you check the water inlet valve filter (remove cold hose to access) as the fine mesh may be silted up?
As your machine is under 2 years old it is still under warranty and you could get Bosch in to take a look, though I doubt there isn’t any fault with the dispenser or valve though?

Yah! In the pipe, where it screws onto the machine.
You know to turn off the water first, right?
