Bosch Exxcel dish washer Model SGS46E22GB/01.

The check water light comes on and if left for 2-3 weeks goes out and the machine works okay for a while. I have checked forums and hence determined that it is not a leak causing the micro switch to be activated. However, this same micro switch is activated by a float (170mm from the base on the left hand side viewed from the front) that can be pressed down to clear the “check water” warning light, which is cauing the problem. I do not know what this is for but has water and debris at the bottom holding the float up.
How can I take this apart to clean it (is there a service manual available)?

It just unclips after you have unplugged the inlet matrix. No manual available but not needed as pretty straightforward you will find. :D.

You left the machine switched on for 2/3 weeks?????
