    I have been given a Bosch d/w which is probably about 10 years old and unfortunately the serial number is missing. I have looked in all the suggested places and the only number is on a grey plastic plate at the bottom of the back plate. The number is 5600041012/03/273/13:44
    The words on the front read Maxx freedom performance and Bosch Exxcel auto option. It is a fullsize d/w not slimline. Is there anyway I can find out the serial nbr?

    Have you looked on the stainless steel of the door side or top. Etched in.
