PLease could someone help! I washed a pair of jeans that must have ahd a handful of buttons in the pocket. They are now mostly trapped in the drain pump but I can’t unscrew it to get them out. The cover will only move a couple of centimetres. Any advice? The achine is a Bosch Excel 16000 Express WAE32464GB. Thanks!

Power off, soap drawer out. Remove spring band from front lip of door seal and un-peel the seal. Release door interlock – two screws. Undo two screws at bottom of front panel and the one in the bottom of the soap drawer. The front panel can now be removed by pulling out and down, thus revealing the pump. Undo the bottom hose at the pump end and you should be able to get at what ever is jamming the filter.
