    Hi
i am hoping to get some help with the dishwasher above.
Recently i started the dishwasher before going out. When i returned later in the day, i found that it had stuck at the beginning of its program, with the motor still going and there was a slight burning smell.
After investigating i found that the waste pipe was blocked as well as the pipework it was connected to, located behind the left hand side panel. I have cleared all of the blockages and the machine seems to work again but the only problem i have now got is that there is some standing water left above the filter when the machine has completed its cycle. I have removed the impeller cover underneath the filter to look for any obstacles but have found nothing.
Any suggestions very much appreciated ❓
    Thanks
    Mike

I have come across examples where foreign bodies have lodged in the matrix under the left hand side panel.

    Model number would help……..

    Hi,
The type no. is S9G1B and i think that the model number is SGS43A12/27.
The matrix was badly blocked up originally but it appears to be clear now. Is it normal for a certain amount of water to stay in the matrix after the machine has finished its wash?

    Thanks
    Mike
