This appliance no longer heats the water or dries, but remains cold throughout the cycle.

I suspect the instantaneous water heater but advice is requested
as to how to check this and could it be another part. How do I gain access to remove the water heater which appears to be located at the bottom of the appliance?

    Thanks 😥

The long and short of it…. with great difficulty. You have to remove pritty much every body pannel and the base. I would advise getting in an engineer. Are you sure it is the heating element as iv also had dry joints on the pcb before .If you really wanna do it yourself then there are loads of posts on the matter.Hope this helps.
