    Hi,

    My washing Machine a Bosch Exxcel 7 WAQ28460GB/01 start button is unresponsive in fact i tested the other buttons and all are unresponsive.

    Is this the control board issue and is there a way to reset it?

    Is the Childlock (key) symbol illuminated?

    Power unplugged then and time to check the ribbon connectors that link the PCB’s.

    I assume it is possible something has come loose. I took the top off and checked the connections but everything looked solid. I had hoped that there was a reset scenario to try
