Bosch Exxcel wfo2864 washing machine – doesnt spin

will not spin or turn on any program – makes all the right clicking noises as if the program is advancing but drum doesnt go round (can turn by hand)
Did have some limescale blockage at outlet but clear now.
Belt still on and motor had brushes replaced about 18months ago.

any advice welcomed, thanks in advance

Worth pulling the motor and checking that the carbons have not jammed in the holders. I’ve had a few of those, this year.

Power off if doing this yourself.
