Bosch F/F Door Handles

Has anyone else had problems with part number 369542 door handles (supplied as a pair) being too “short”.

I have two customers with the same problem and I just checked against my own model and they’re right, they are about 5cm too short.

These are the type that “clip” in to the door body and screw on the door side where they wrap around (if that makes sense 😕 )

Hi Dave
Not fitted any handles for a while. I know they have changed them slightly because they kept breaking, never had any not fitting.
Sometimes they feel like they are going to break when after you have offered nib into groove and proceed to bend handle into place 😀

Think the all important E-Nr is the key to this.

As some models are 55cm and others are 60cm wide.

Just a thought.

Thanks chaps, both customer orders were confirmed Enr’s before ordering.

I think it may be a supply problem, Greg, order us up a pair would you please 🙂

Dave those handles are only used in the following appliances according to BSH –

KGV26310IE/04
KGV36310/04
KGV36311/03

Hmm, I need them for a KGU32121GB/02 which shows 268679 on the diagram, supersedes to 369542 when trying to order.

Have BSH made a mistake by any chance ? 😉

Yea BSH have trouble with superseded parts when they try and state what fits what.
