Bosch F/F En-r KGV-3104-GB/04

Went to fridge yesterday. lights on, leds on no supply to compressor. tested electronic thermisters. Got 10.3ohms and 5.5ohms. I took this as good to order a p.c.b. Fitted this this morning but never came on. Retested 240v to board via on/off switch and light switch. neutral at board. had 240v going to thermisters. Turned supply off and retested resistence of thermisters and the same as before. Have i been given a faulty board or is there some thermal cutout that i can’t see. have bridged out compressor and ok. any help would be great please. many thanks

there is a modification for these thats bypasses embedded cut out, havnt got info to hand but im sure someone will pm you in a while with a pdf, it has been answered in this forum before hope this helps

There is a mod to bypass the foamed in NTC.

i understand. how does the fridge keep its temp? also the the plug for ntc is 3 way not 4??? cheers men anyway

Have done the mod..it all comes on but the fridge doesn’t get below 7 degrees. Is this normal please?
