BOSCH f/f frozen solid

KGN34V00GB/02 FD8610, is this one of the units that you can’t change sensor in?

The freezer is frozen solid I defrosted it but can’t lift it up to slide out,I have never had one this stuck before.

The sensor at the bottom of freezer compartment is I believe a temp one, nothing to do with defrost?

theres 3 mods for that

takes ages to defrost it
if its fully defrosted. 2 screws and it pulls out easily

will require heater plate, drain heater and pcb

Bosch advise not to defrost this range with a steamer. Advise customer to defrost for 48hrs before removing evap cover.

Thanks both of you but need part number for pcb does it blow or is it modified ?

I have removed the 2 screws defrosted it fully but it wont pull out you can see the 2 lugs that need to be lifted out of thier slots but the B….. won’t. budge, I have lifted the unit of the floor trying, it has been repaired before.
