I have a Bosch Fridge Freezer KGV3 120 GB/01 which i moved into my garage and it now refuses to run properly.
I read on an erlier forum of a similar problem with a Bosch Clasic F/f which is seemingly due to the ambient temp in the winter and runs fine in summer.
On this model there is a switch inside to overide it and run constantly through the winter.
I have tried bypassing the control and running constantly myself only for everything in the fridge section to freeze solid too.
Appart from running this on a timer and guessing on off times Im stumped.
    ANY IDEAS would be apreceated

Re: BOSCH F/F will not run in garage

There is only one answer, get it back inside.

The s/w you refer to does not override anything, it simply leaves the lamp on half power when the door is closed to try and warm the stat up a bit.

However if the ambient temp of the garage is very low then the s/w will do diddly squat I’m affraid.

Please do not bypass anthing as you are only going to cause more problems. Power off please when doing anything :zap:

put some sort of heater in the garage or put it back indoors, its the only answer
