    Have a Bosch WAE24363GB/05 which has the error F21. Have replaced worn carbon brushes but can not got rid of the F21. Have tried the procedure where you turn the knob to off then round to 6’o’clock, then holding spin button whilst turning knob to 7’o’clock then to off again but no luck. The buttons are the ones you don’t really push but sense heat from fingers [I assume].Apart from the flashing F21 machine seams dead. Any ideas gratefuully received.

    You need to unplug motor before resetting then once reset refit motor plug

    HI Kev, no luck with the removal of motor plug before re setting. Just the same flashing f21. This is 2nd one of these I’ve had in a couple of months only previously I was lucky enough to be able to fit a module I had from a scrap machine to get machine working.Is this an issue now with the later Bosch machines?

    Fraid so m8 usually u get them to reset eventually if not new module is only way forward
