    hi, ive got a bosch wae28363gb02 classixx 6 washing machine, it was showing code F21, so found that the carbons needed replacing in the motor, done that, motor checked out ok, but motor still wont run and the code F21 is still showing. I have checked over everything else and all seems ok, someone told me theres a reset procedure to do to clear the fault code ? anyone know what it is and if it works ???

    Set selector switch to ‘spin’ (6 o/c) position, hold the ‘spin speed’ button, then turn the selector switch just one click clockwise ‘drain’, wait 2 secs then release. Then switch it off and back on again and it should clear, hopefully?

    If not then the module itself is duff! 🙁
