    KGU3420GB/01 FD7911
    The customer said freezer not freezing and fridge warm.
    When i checked the fridge it was nice and cold and fan was running in freezer. Checked evaporator, no ice build up.The only fault i found was the air vent heater was open circuit but no ice.The display keeps flashing 14 and bleeping.Is this an error.
    Would the open circuit heater cause the unit to shut down hence the fridge “sometimes warming up”?
