    Hi all,

    Have one of these with no water to the water dispenser but the ice is working normally.
    Is there a separate solenoid behind the ice box or is it more then likely a blockage?
    Customer has done a defrost since they called first and no fix so i’m going to look at it on Thursday.

    The inlet valve on these is a double valve with the water and ice supplies having their own valve. I’d be checking the resistance of the valves first. It’s on the back , bottom left .

    Ta Paul, I forgot to say that he rekons he noticed the water coming as far as the filter inside the fridge (which he changed to try and fix the problem), so I assume the issue has to be between there and the dispenser?
