I can’t be the only one who hates the fill hoses supplied with Bosch appliances!

They are so rigid and awkward to fish through holes in cupboards, not to mention screwing the darn things in straight. I don’t normally use them, but today we had no choice!

I thought you guys would be the only people who share this pain on a daily basis 😥

Good thing normal fill hoses are rarely in short supply.

Do any of you like using these? I suppose they are harder to kink ?

dishwasher ones you mean? They also transmit shut off noises through the customers house pipe system making a rattle in the loft. Asko Ise ones were just as bad, the metal threaded ring could easily strip the thread of the fill valves.

They can be a pig to connect, particularly where access is tight (something I very seldom need to do), but I can vouch for the fact they are good at resisting kinks. Once the dishwasher repair is finished, there’s generally no need to fiddle around with the hoses, just keep the drain hose taught, slide the dishwasher in and go.
