I have a customer who has called to say that the top metal plate below the temperature dial and switch panel is hot.
I have checked the tech diagrams and there is only the switches (on/off, fast freeze and alarm light) and the temperature dial in this area. There seems to be no PCB, no defrost/condensation heater.
Has anyone come across these components getting hot before?
I’m off to see it soon but it sounds odd. 😕 The freezer is working although the lights are all on.Cheers Chris
