    Hi,
    I have a problem with my Bosch fridge Freezer. The freezer is cold and food is frozen but I am sure its not as cold as it use to be.
    When i put food to be frozen now it takes much longer.
    The fan that blows air does not seem to work at all nowadays, but not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure.


    The fridge section works very well.

    Can someone help me on what the problem is?

    Try a complete defrost. Basically turn off and leave for around 24 hours.

    Many thanks I will give it a go once I can get my food stored elsewhere. I will reply the results when its done.

    No problem. However if the fault re-occurs then I would think about calling an engineer.
