Bosch freezer temperature -19 to -32 all the time

We have a Bosch KGU32161GB/02. The freezer temperature goes from -19 through to -32 and then slowly back down again and then starts its journey upwards again (or should that be down for -32!). I was told that the circuit board had gone wrong. Do you think this is correct? I couldn’t find a circuit board on Bosch spare parts website. Also the fridge, although it says its at 4c doesn’t seem to be cold enough either. The fridge freezer is only about 4 years old. Any advice much appreciated.

Turn the appliance off for at least 24 hours, have lots of old towels at the back and front of m/c to catch the water.

If the problem re-occurs then I’m affraid it’s engineer time as you may have a problem with the defrost program, and these are complicated m/c’s not for the DIY’er.

Could be the fridge section fan running too slowly.

Thanks for the tips. Did switch off for 24 hours and thought it had worked for the freezer as it stayed at -19 for a while. But now going back to -26 and down again. Also fridge is now definitely on the blink going from 8 to 16 degrees. Is it time to get a Bosch engineer do you think? Or is there anything else I can check? 😕
