Our built-in bosch fridge drips water from under the freezer compartment. Every morning I have to wipe the water away from the ‘roof’ of the fridge. I have to wipe the top shelf, the front of the freezer compartment and some of the parts of the door. By the following morning there is water there again, making the top shelf unusable as anything put on there is soaking.

    It is model KIV3235GB/42.

The freezer itself works but does ice up quite quickly, so needs defrosting every so often.

Can anyone advise how to stop this?

    Thanks,
    Rob

Fridge with a small freezer inside, condensation is likey due to a refrierant loss, you would need engineer to check, trace and find leak before re gassing.

    Erm..

More likely caused by the door not sealing fully. Very unlikely that it’s a refrigerant leak as it would stop cooling almost immediately due to the volume of r600a that it holds.

Condensation is caused by water attaching itself to the coldest position.air is approx 70{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} water this would cause a soft SNOW like build up. Rather than normal hard White ice.

Not a good effort from me that one r600a,it is worth disconnecting the wooden door from the fridge door usually a couple of screws on each plastic strip, you can then ensure it is closed and sealing correctly.
