Hi – I have a Bosch kgv28v01 fridge freezer whose manual is found here – https://media3.bosch-home.com/Docume…00496954_A.pdf
The freezer is around 1 celsius – water doesn’t become icy. The fridge is more or less room temperature. The door seals on both seem to be fine. I can hear a sort of gargling/gently running water sound which I don’t recall when it was working.

This is the back of the unit. The big metal thing is room temperature. There is a black motor looking thing (almost certainly the compressor) located below the plastic drip pan that *does* get hot when the unit is powered in. (but not scalding)
Although it may be inevitable I’d prefer not to get a technician out or but a new set. At minimum I’d like to make an informed decision after diagnosing the problem. Would someone kindly offer advice and/or some links?
Thank you!!!
Edit: Can’t prove this but the freezer may be acting as a big cool box and retaining residual coldness from the items in it, rather than generating any new. It could be that the entire device is not doing *any* cooling.
