Bosch Fridge Freezer

Hi have thsi Bosch FF KGU30604GB/02 The Freezer has defrosted but not fully. The top Shelf has defrosted totally. but the middle and bottom shelf are slightly cold. The fan is blocked with ice so i assume its something to do with the defrost circuit. Any help Please.

there is a mod kit for these to stop this happening 3 parts are needed and all need to be fitted,module,insulation plate( sits on top of evaporator) and a drain heater kit (does exactly wot it says on the tin lol) cant remember part numbers off the top of me head but il sort them out a bit later smartin

Wrong machine Smartin. I’d try a total defrost of 48hrs and switch it back on to see how it goes . If the fan/evaporator is iced over , it could be something as simple as the door being left open .

Blimey! Thats some modification kit. Thats like buying a new car and having to to cure a design fault by replacing the engine, gearbox and rear axle.

😯 my appoligies was wrong model must go to specsavers lol, actually it aint that bad a job 20 mins if its all defrosted
