I’ve been two or three times to a KGU32124GB/1 which has frost appearing on the back panel.
Originally the evap was blocked and I seem to remember moving the sensor which has cured that, although frost still continually builds up on the back panel. Fan is running OK.The two screws which retain the back plate were pulled away splitting the bosses after the first time but I manage to re secure it.
Customer also says it gets very noisy i.e. cracking etc.
Wondered if there have been any modifications.
Strange one, any help appreciated.
