Bosch fridge freezer

I bought a Bosch kag90ai20g American fridge freezer. It got delivered and kitchen fitters noticed the sides were bulging out Bosch agreed to replace it.

The new one come and it just runs constantly. Any time of the day or night you walk past and you can hear it running, the first one never did this. I checked the BG energy meter and by turning off and back on again I can see the base load and it’s around a constant 120w.

Off these figures it’s using 2.5 times the energy Bosch say it should in their sales material.

Engineers been out says no fault codes. Compressor isn’t overly warm but said the hour counter is 20 hours in a 24 hour period… this isn’t a fault though apparently?? So they won’t swap it, the units 2 months old. No kids opening the doors all day. Doors are opened 4 times a day max, In a room where temp stays about 21c in the day. It’s properly vented. Running minus 19c on freezer, 3c on the fridge.

Any advise greatly received.
