    freezer section has stopped working while fridge remains on, the red light on the freezer panel keeps flashing ❓ ❓

    Both found on the rating plate in fridge section on left hand wall beside salad box

    Then we can posibly help

    Mine is a Bosch KGU32163/GB 01, busted freezer (sides warm-to-hot)- operational fridge any thoughts on troubleshooting/fix?

    I have a similar problem. What was the outcome on your issues. My freezer section on Bosch KGU31124 has stopped working while fridge remains on, the red light on the freezer panel stays on. What did you do to resolve?
