Bosch fridge freezer KGE3301GB/02

Help please our 5 year old Bosch fridge freezer KGE3301GB/02 is working in the freezer section but not the fridge. The digital display is flashing message E2 – not in our user manual. Any help?

E2 means you need a new pcb I’m affraid.

Back again – as hubby is an electronic engineer he wonders is it possible to buy the pcb and install it himself – if so any suggestions where and approx price. We are not too keen to spend a lot of money on this fridge as it is 5 years old although of course we had hoped it would last a lot longer.

There’s two PCB’s on this model, one is circa £80 the other around the £130 mark 😯

There’s 096000 directly behind it as well at £112.80 plus VAT etc 😉

The part no is now 263782.

095999 is the operating module, never known one to fail.

096000 is the control module now replaced by 263783 which cures fault E2 priced @ £109.28 inc Vat available from http://www.bshappliancecare.co.uk

263783 is for the non frost free appliance.

263782 is for the frost free.
