Bosch fridge freezer KGU3220GB/03 HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

I have no book with this. This alert signal came on to tell me that my freezer had gone to -26c. I have reset it to -18 but can find no way to turn off the alert. It even keeps going when I switch the appliance off at the mains.
HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!

I imagine the noise has stopped by now or you have gone insane listening to it ? 😆

There’s an alarm cancel button on the front (or should be) I have a similar model myself and it’s most annoying if you have the door open for any length of time.

This doesn’t explain the sudden drop to -26 though, has it stabilised yet ?

Even when you switch it off at the mains???
It must be solar powered. 😆
It should go off after a few seconds, as the power supply discharges.
I would imagine a problem inthe defrost area of the freezer.
Try an engineer at repairs@, to sort it out for you as these frost free are a specialist appliance.
