BOSCH fridge freezer KGV3104 advise question

Hi there, We have a BOSCH fridge freezer KGV3104. The appliance is 7 years all and it has been working fine until 3 days ago when the neddle in the thermometer located in the freezer indicated an increase in temperature. Most of the food still is frozen but the ice cream started to get soft. 2 days ago we turned off the appliance and turned it on again and the appliance started working again. however by the next morning it happen again and yesterday I did the same and this mornig happen again. Please colud you tell me what could be wrong and what we need to do it to fix it ?

hi, having similar problem with y bosch. did you get this fixed? how/what was wrong?
