    The fridge in the above does not cool,it stays at 11 degrees.
    The model is E-RKGU3420GB/01
    FD-8001243147.
    Anyone point me in the right direction of what may be wrong.

    First thing i would do is completely defrost the appliance for 24-48 hrs . It coul be that the evaporator in the freezer is frozen over , stopping a decent flow of cold air into the fridge. Switch the fridge-freezer off for a couple of days and then re-start and see if that improves its performance.

    Be aware that there may be a large amount of defrost water so get a good few towels around the base of the machine before you switch off
