Bosch fridge freezer not working

Hi,I have an 18 month old Bosch Classix fridge freezer (don’t know the model number) and it’s defrosted itself and won’t start up again.The light still works so not the electrics.

I have looked at the problems it could be on here but was just wondering if anyone could tell me the most likely cause and how much roughly it would cost for an engineer to fix it. I’m a single mum so don’t really have money to throw around 🙁

Thers is a two year warranty on all Bosch appliances so you should be covered under the guarantee. Give Bosch service a ring on 08705 678910 to arrange a callout. You will need to have the enr and fd number to hand when you phone, these can be found by removing the salad crisper in the bottom of the fridge and looking on the left you will see a silver / white label.
