    Hi,

    If anyone has any suggestions on the following problem, they will be gratefully received.

    I have a Bosch kgv3120GB/01 fridge freezer that has a problem controlling the temperature, most noticable in the freezer compartment. The freezer temperature seems to fluctuate in cycles from about +5degrees to -5degrees. Hence the food keeps defrosting and then refrosting.

    I tried turning it off for 48hrs but the problem still remains.
    I am capable of replacing parts myself, i’m just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and can confirm which component in likely to be faulty. The Bosch helpline said it might be the control board, but they were not exactly confident.
