Bosch – Fridge not cooling, freezer working fine

I have a Bosch Fridge Freezer, approx 2-3yrs old. Model KGH34X44GB. The freezer compartment is working perfectly, however the fridge compartment is now room temperature and not cooling, Lights etc in Fridge work ok, Any suggestions as to the root cause of the issue – is this something I could repair easily myself or would i need a service tech? Approx cost of a repair? Appreciate any help/advice.

a lot of modern self defrosting fridge freezers cool the fridge by ducting cold air from the freezer. if these ducts get iced up the fridge stops working

before you do anything switch off with doors open for 2 days and do a total defrost. then see what happens from there

Thanks Dave – did that already as the freezer was quite iced up – but it did not resolve thes issue.
