Customer has given me a Bosch model number to preorder a grill element for the small oven. She says its a very old one and thats probably why quickfinder is scared of it 😥 .

That number is incorrect Tony, Quickfinder will locate any 195 series number providing you dont list the dots and use only the 9 digit number when you search! 😉

The only code that quickfinder recognises is 07504 52229 which I thought was a phone number when she gave it to me 😳
EB634HG is shown in the header when the diagram comes up. Still can’t see the plug in elly though only the top n botom ones and the socket.

That’s because the plug in grills were an optional extra, use the number 0750452229 as you have, at the top of the diagrams there are three symbols (to the left of help), click the middle one it will open a new window then select the right hand symbol for the exploded, it should then show you the two possible grill elements and other accessories
