Temperature drops down to as low as -10 and then climbs back usually overnight to -18c. Only just started to do this. Have checked air vents and there is no sign of icing up on evaporator.
I am assuming the NTC is playing up but I am unable to locate it. Nothing visible on back of freezer, I assume it is behind one of the plastic covers inside but unable to remove them (afraid of breaking them). Also is there only one NTC in this freezer, spare parts sites suggest only one part number 602671.
Any help would be appreciate.
(Now need to activate super cool to bring temp down but is struggling to get below -11.)
