Bosch HBA76B650B – Stopped Working Suddenly

My appliance has stopped working after 15 Months of flawless performance.

The display beeped (not in use at the time) and a code flashed up (might have been E011)

I now can’t access the time or any cooking features, please advise what I can do to for or is it an engineer visit?

If you take time out to check your user booklet it states:

E011 = A button was pressed for too long. (Check all buttons are clean, press buttons seperately, if error remains contact Service Centre)
