Bosch HBM13B251B top oven/grill will not operate

After only three weeks my new Bosch HBM13B251B top oven/grill will now not operate.

Set the left hand switch to either ‘oven’ or ‘grill’, turn right hand switch on, top oven internal light & fan comes on. Turn right hand switch to on, but neon light above switch does not light up and the top oven elements fail to heat up.

When turning the right hand switch I can hear a slight ‘clicking’ as I rotate the know, but the element fails to heat up.

Does this mean that the element is defective after only three weeks?

It does sound that way I’m afraid. Rather it fails while it’s under guarantee though 😉

As it’s under warranty a phone call to Bosch 0844 892 8979 or you can book a call online on the Bosch website. Just remember to have the date of purchase, ENR no and the FD number to hand as without this you will not be able to book a call.
