I have been to this oven & customer is complaining of severe condensation on door & dripping on to floor. I have checked t/stat, cooling fan,door closing & seal,oven housing seems well ventilated ( floor dosnt go right to the back) & advised not to put tin foil on floor & shelves but still the same. – this is a rented property & this is a new tennant so dont know if this is an on going problem. Any ideas ?? thanks Alan.

not a problem i have heard of but from the pure physics point of veiw you have steam getting out of the oven and coming into contact with a colder surface check door fitting and seals etc
why not ring up bosch customer helpline and see if they have suggestion tell them its noe of your family if they ask maybe a problem they are aware off
