Bosch HBN2820GB/02 Part and fitting advice

Hi folks, I’m hoping someone out there can help me out.

We’ve had a problem come up with our oven recently where, once turned on, the fan and light work but no heat is produced. Through a process of elimination, we’ve worked out that the circular element at the back that encircles the fan is no longer functioning.

Unfortunately, I’m being a bit clueless and have not been able to find the part listed on the Bosch site. Can anyone let me know what the part number is to order a new one?

Also, once we have a new element, where do we start to fit it? Is it going to be a case of ppulling the whole thing out from its fittings or is it easilyy do-able from the inside?

Part no. is 480484. If it is indeed the element that is o/c.

With this particular model the oven will have to be removed from it’s housing as access is required from front and back.
