Bosch HBN331SB2 single oven t.o.c s

Bosch single oven HBN331S2B/01, theres a dual cut-out / t.o.c above the oven, should both legs be closed circuit or one open circuit & one closed?

Have had grill element blown, selector sw’ blown too, wondered if the switch is kaput too or it should be open circuit.. Grill element & selector switch on order.

According to their website:

00626167 ‘Temperature Limiter Duo Non Pyrolysis switching temp 200C +-5C, differential gap 10-25C, nominal volt 240v’

So I would think one would be N/C and the other O/C, in that order 😉
