HELP – I have a 3 year old Bosch HBN43L51B side opening oven which has worked faultlessly and has only been used by my wife. And it heated up to cooking temperature quite quickly . ( Never had to use the fast warming option )
Last weekend the family came to visit and my daughter in law did all the cooking. She hadn’t used an oven like this before so must have experimented with the settings. We don’t like to ask her – not wishing to offend or make her feel guilty, and she probably won’t remember what she did anyway.
Since then the oven has taken a long time to heat up to cooking temperature – half an hour to get to 200C . And when it reaches 200C it immediately cools to 180C so we now keep using the fast option.
The same thing happens with the grill.
Any suggestions as to what she may have done. will be gratefully received .
