    Has anyone replaced the element on its own in one of these. Ele006.

    Thanks Dave, ELE006 is an oven element, hence the confusion.

    I dismantled Bosch heat pumps less than a handful of times to remove foreign objects, but only when I was.confident the o-ring seals were in good condition. So in principle, renewing just the element is perfectly feasible, although I suspect there are different sizes.

    However, the replacement heat pump specified by Bosch to replace many of the heat pumps I came across with premature heater failure had enlarged pump capacity and a modified flow regulator for the sump, presumably due to design flaw in the heat pump originally fitted, so replacement of just the element on these dishwashers would not seem the best solution.
