Bosch HM48141 Oven Tripping Out with Grill

Hi
I have a Bosch HM48141 Oven and every time I turn the grill on the electric trips out. The oven is 5 years old, I have done a process of elimination and if I turn the grill on with NO temperature it doesn’t trip, but when I turn the temperature up it trips straight away, the oven it self works fine, could this be the element and how do I go about getting a new one? Have looked on the Bosch site with the make and type number but nothing comes up any help would be grateley appreciated.

Looks like a duff model number You need to find the E number on the frame when the door is opened

The E number is E-NRHBN131250B have tried that too on the Bosch site

Hi the part number is 495410 you should be able to get it from the store on this site
