bosch how to clear fault code

bosch wae24164gb/30 fd 8910600470 washing machine the one with the touch buttons normal problem no motor changed brushes but can not clear fault lights tried turning to 6 oclock but the start light did not flash as per one lot of instruction i found can anybody help no reponse from any of the touch buutons thanks for your help.

Unplug the motor then try to reset then with any luck the lights will come on again. Then plug the motor back in and perform the normal reset procedure once more, that should clear it……hopefully!
