Interesting. I filled in Miele’s form a few years back for my business and received no response. I followed up by email and again received no response. It appeared on the face of it that they had a system to comply with “right to repair” legislation, but at least for my business, the system appeared to be broken.
Their get out clause may be that I failed to provide evidence of Part P registration under the Building Regulations, we we didn’t have (or require). Part P is of course totally irrelevant to appliance repairers, except for those involved in electrical installations, such as installing new wiring circuits.
