    Went to this last week, the detergent inlet hose 266973 had come away from the outer drum aperture.

    I refitted it and it seemed to be secure, not worn or perished in ant way so didn’t want to smother it with Debhor. I checked for any signs of clothing or other items in the drum that might have pushed it out but found none.

    It has come out again so I am going to replace it with a new hose.

    Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem on what I think is a Smeg washer dryer?

    Oh dear! Bad news indeed as that hose is secured on the inside with a holding collar (00067719) and means the drum has to come out to fit it. (Best fit a new dispenser hose too : 00266973)

    I did see a piece of plastic inside the end of the hose, guess that is part of the collar.
