Can I have some advise please?
I have a Bosch SGS56E02GB/45 which doesn’t heat the water, but carries on its wash cycle forever, when it’s finished it doesn’t rinse or drain but will start another wash if left and it WILL drain if reset.

I thought it might be the instantanious water heater, any other thoughts on this?
Or is it just as likely to be anything else?

I have a spare instantanious heater but it’s a massive job isn’t it?

    Thanks!

    Very possibly.

It could be the Control Unit (PCB) not supplying power to the heater, and/or a number of other factors that will need checking out first?

It’s a tricky job for sure especially if you’ve never done one before.

Being as you probably live in the Hastings area, why not contact Seniko Services? Bob is a good friend of mine and I’m sure he could help you out on this. 😀

Thank you! I think Bob fixed our Bosch dishwasher at our previous address now that you mention it… for just £20.

I will give him a ring for advise, but unfortunately I have moved away from Hastings but he might be able to recommend someone over here (Eastbourne way).

I was really hoping not to have to spend a fortune getting it fixed or I think I’d rather pass this on to someone else and buy a second hand one (money is more than a bit tight right now 😳 )
